Each fitness and nutrition training program is customized to your specific goals and abilities. Before a program is created you and Torrialynn will discuss all your goals and concerns.
Once you get signed up as a client of Trained by Torrialynn you will be sent an email with steps on how to download the app. All your workouts will be programed into the app and set up daily for you to see as well as your nutrition guidance meal plans.
Trained by Torrialynn uses a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, TRX, and cardio machines. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals, resources and preferences.
Training sessions typically range from 30 to 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule, availability and skill level.
From the app you have 24/7 access to the chat feature which will go directly to me (Torrialynn) I will respond within 24 hours.
Trained by Torrialynn's training philosophy is based on functional movements that help clients improve their overall fitness, mobility, strength and confidence. The focus is on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results.
